stairs lead to the beach and boat dock with a covered boat hoist. From the
500 feet of beach lakefront on crystal clear Seneca lake, you can sail or
motor
through the Seneca-Cayuga canal to the Erie canal to the waterways of
the world. Or just float along the rural shores to picnic or to dockside
restaurants in Watkins Glen, Geneva and beyond. You can enjoy fishing
for some of the nation’s finest freshwater trout. A gorge divides the lakefront into 2 lots of 250 feet each. On the south side is the residence. On the north plateau is a beautiful cleared, flat, grassy area complete with electricity and ready for future development. |
