Architecturally designed buildings with extensive concrete docks and pads were designed for conversion to a winery. There is a concrete sloped floor with drainage. There is 3 phase electric service and water for the buildings. The buildings have aluminum interior and exterior siding.

There are 3 buildings, Building 1 is 40’x72’ and divided into 2 connecting rooms. Building 2 is 40’x76’ and Building 3 is 40’x100’. All are 14’ high. The floors are all concrete to carry the load of a forklift and product.  2-25 hp. and 5-10 hp. compressors drive the air cooling equipment.

The concrete pad connecting the north and south building is suitable for a grape receiving press deck. The temperature controlled buildings are excellent for the winemaking process and finished case goods. There is 4000 sq. ft. of loading dock and a sealed loading dock designed for a tractor trailer.

 

 

There are 2 Ford tractors, 1 David Brown tractor, and all the necessary vineyard implements such as sprayers, mowers, discs, and post driver. Also included is a 1990 Ford 22’ refrigerated truck and 2 Hyster forklifts.
